Japanese Food
During my travels to Japan, I noticed that different regions have their own unique foods and traditional dishes. Here are some of the foods I have learned about or tried:
- Hokkaido: dairy products, milk, ice cream, curry soup
- Kobe: wagyu beef
- Kyoto: matcha, yodufo (tofu hot pot)
- Nagano: soba noodles
- Nara: sushi wrapped in persimmon leaves
- Osaka: takoyaki, street food, gyoza
- Tokyo: ramen, sushi wrapped in seaweed
